2017年10月17日-19日，2017中国光伏大会暨展览会(PVCEC2017)在北京隆重召开。商务部贸易救济调查局副局长刘丹阳出席PVCEC2017时表示，当前世界经济复苏势头仍然是非常脆弱，全球贸易复苏缓慢，以保护主义，孤立主义，民翠主义，孤立主义为代表的逆全球贸易涌动，中国光伏上下游产业贸易摩擦形式非常严峻。近年来，我们的光伏组建产品已先后遭遇美国、欧盟、加拿大、印度、澳大利亚和土耳其等国家的贸易局调查。目前美国的201，印度的光伏双反案件，有可能在国际上又引发新一轮的贸易保护浪潮，这就要求我们的光伏企业全行业要团结一致形成合力，共渡难关，不管提高抵御国际贸易摩擦的能力，进一步巩固我国在多晶硅行业的集群优势。
