根据《国家能源局关于可再生能源发展“十三五”规划实施的指导意见》(国能发新能[2017]31号)和《国家能源局、国务院扶贫办关于“十三五”光伏扶贫计划编制有关事项的通知》(国能发新能[2017]39号)精神，省发改委、省扶贫办、省财政厅联合下发了《关于开展2017年集中式光伏扶贫项目申报工作的通知》(湘发改能源〔2017〕1133号)，组织市州按照申报条件和筛选原则优选投资企业和项目上报。近期，省发改委和省扶贫办共同对项目进行了审核筛选，按照相关要求和原则筛选确定了2017年集中式光伏扶贫电站项目共20个、安排装机规模49.99万千瓦，受益无劳动能力贫困户16646户。根据有关规定，现将项目名单予以公示。 公示时间自发布之日起5个工作日(2018年1月16日—22日)，如有意见和建议，请以传真或电子邮件方式向省能源局和省扶贫办反映，并具体列举理由和相关证明材料。单位意见请加盖单位公章并注明联系方式，个人意见请注明真实姓名、身份证号码和联系方式，对匿名方式提出的异议不予受理。 受理单位：湖南省能源局新能源和再生能源处，传真：0731-89665048，邮箱：86917836@qq.com，地址：长沙市雨花区万家丽南路二段28号省能源局 湖南省扶贫开发办公室，传真0731-82214566，邮箱： 1512859363@qq.com，地址：长沙市五一中路351号省政府机关二院八办。
