商务部：欧盟委员会或将取消对华光伏产品反倾销措施 Euroactive发表关于中欧光伏贸易的文章。文章称，欧盟对中国太阳能板和太阳能电池实行的贸易保护措施将于2018年9月到期，欧盟委员会将决定是否撤销或延长这些措施。 根据欧盟委员会司法和消费者总司在2017年所做的研究，放宽从中国进口太阳能产品的贸易保护措施将增加光伏产业的投资，预计2030年前将增加20-30％的光伏装机量，欧盟委员会司法和消费者总司也由此建议取消对中国光伏产品的反倾销措施。2017年11月安永会计师事务所发布的研究报告也得出了类似的结论，取消目前的反倾销措施将有助于提高太阳能行业的就业率，在欧盟创造额外的45,000个就业岗位。
