国内最大的海岸滩涂光伏工程挡浪墙海上作业正式启动

光伏系统工程  来源:水电十二局    2021/5/8 13:49:04 北极星太阳能光伏网讯:5月5日,水电十二局承建的国内最大的海岸滩涂光伏工程——宁波象山长大涂光伏发电工程首批挡浪墙钢管已顺利制造并进点,打桩船只与设备已就绪,挡浪墙海上作业正式启动。 挡浪墙施工属新增施工内容,主要作用是减弱台风期间海浪对滩涂内光伏设备的冲击,其施工进度直接影响到后续光伏设备的安全使用。建设工期约2个月,主要工程量包括钢管桩及上部衍架的制造与安装约15000吨。挡浪墙施工面临制造强度大、打桩工况复杂多变、上部衍架安装难度大、海上作业受潮汐影响频繁等诸多困难。 为了保证海上施工作业的正常进行,项目部精心策划,细心部署,多次与设计、业主沟通,优化设计方案并提早部署钢管桩及上部衍架的材料采购及制造工作。同时,项目部通过多方调研沟通,海上运输作业获得许可,海上作业通道正式开启,工程进入水陆双栖全面作业模式。通过在海上搭建浮吊平台,物资由码头海运到浮吊船平台,再由受潮水影响较小的浮吊船运往光伏基地,这样在减少物资运送成本的同时,有效提升了物资运输效率,避免了仅由陆路运输物资受潮水涨落制约困境,全力确保6月30日前全部并网发电,向建党100周年献礼。 象山长大涂光伏电站位于宁波市象山县,利用水面面积4516亩,共装设685216块440瓦单晶硅光伏组件,装机容量为300兆瓦,并新建220千伏升压站一座。建成后,预计每年可提供清洁能源3.4亿千瓦时,节约标煤七万吨,对缓解能源紧张、改善生态环境具有重要意义。
