美媒称，欧盟一家法院2月28日驳回了一些中国太阳能板公司要求取消欧盟成员国于2013年对进口太阳能板及基础元部件采取的反倾销和反补贴措施的申请。 据美国《华尔街日报》网站2月28日报道，总部设在卢森堡的欧盟常设法院在一项声明中说：“法院驳回了所有申请，并确认了欧盟理事会确定的最终关税。”另外，欧盟委员会于2月28日决定，对从中国进口的厚钢板实施最终反倾销关税。 欧盟理事会成员国于2013年12月对从中国进口的太阳能板实施平均税率约50%的最终反倾销关税，为期两年，26家受影响的中国公司于2014年对欧盟理事会的这一决定提出上诉。 对于欧盟常设法院28日的这一裁定，中国公司还可以向欧盟最高法院提起上诉。 报道称，欧盟现在针对钢铁进口产品有41项反倾销和反补贴措施，其中18项是针对中国进口产品。
