云南省物价局转发国家发展改革委关于调整光伏发电陆上风电标杆上网电价文件的通知，明确2017年光伏、风电标杆上网电价。 其中，光伏项目，2017年1月1日以后纳入财政补贴年度规模管理的按每千瓦时0.75元（含税）执行；2017年以前备案并纳入以前年份财政补贴年度规模管理的但2017年6月30日以前仍未投运的，执行2017年标杆上网电价。
