全国首个大规模“算电协同”绿电直供项目投运

  发布时间:2026-05-08 来源:中国能源新闻网 5月2日,记者从中国大唐集团有限公司获悉,我国首个大规模“算电协同”绿电直供项目——中国大唐中卫云基地50万千瓦光伏电站在宁夏中卫正式投运。 据悉,宁夏中卫坐拥充沛的太阳能、风能资源,地处我国内陆版图几何中心,辐射半径覆盖周边2000公里范围内的大中型城市,是光纤网络覆盖全国的最优路径选择点。 中国大唐中卫新能源项目高级工程师靳良表示,中卫云基地数据中心绿电供应项目,包括50万千瓦光伏发电和150万千瓦风力发电项目。此次投产的是50万千瓦光伏电站项目,150万千瓦风电项目计划今年9月全容量并网。 待项目完成后,整体项目年发电量可满足中卫云基地数据中心22.9亿千瓦时用电需求。 靳良介绍,该项目采用“物理直供+双边交易”双轨并行的算电协同供电体系,这种模式既有效降低企业运营成本,又大幅减少碳排放,实现经济效益与生态效益双向共赢。 从技术角度来看,这座光伏电站所发电量不上公共电网,而是通过山脊四条专用输电线路,搭建“点对点”绿电物理直供通道,直接输送至就近算力园区,绿电溯源清晰、供电稳定;针对存量负荷,通过电力市场双边交易实现虚拟直供,利用现有电力设施锁定长期供电关系,大幅降低改造成本。 “光伏发电时段以物理直供为主,光伏停运时段则由风电虚拟直供补位,真正实现新旧负荷区别对待,风光互补全天候覆盖。”靳良说。 记者了解到,随着一期项目的全面运营,后续二期项目的接续建设,中卫市将形成规模达460万千瓦的全国首个大规模 “算电协同”绿电供应项目,为国家“东数西算”工程和算电协同国家战略落地提供坚实支撑。
