近日，山东省太阳能行业协会发布《山东省太阳能“十三五”发展规划》的通知。通知提出到2020年底，太阳能光伏装机容量达到10GW，平均每年新增1.8GW，太阳能利用量达到2010万吨标准煤。光伏发电“领跑者计划”装机3GW，1000个扶贫重点村、10万个贫困户的光伏扶贫装机3GW。
