晶科与REC在美要求对韩华专利进行复审 日期：2019-06-10 来源：新能情报局 浏览：587 评论：0 据悉，中国光伏组件制造商晶科和挪威REC已于6月3日联合向美国专利审查与上诉委员会(PTAB)提交了一份请愿书，对此前韩华Q Cells发起的专利诉讼有效性提出了质疑，要求对编号为9,893,215的美国专利进行双方专利复审(IPR)。 晶科方面表示，韩华对专利的主张在技术上是毫无依据的，并有可能扼杀光伏行业向平价上网的转型以及推高电价。 REC方面则认为韩华 Q Cells的专利是无效的，对其的侵权指控也是不正当的。
