为贯彻落实《江苏省国民经济和社会发展第十三个五年规划纲要》和“四个革命、一个合作”能源发展战略，2016年12月27日，我委印发《江苏省“十三五”电力发展专项规划》（苏发改能源发〔2016〕1518号），提出了全省“十三五”期间电力发展的指导思想、基本原则、发展目标、重点任务、政策措施，是全省“十三五”电力发展的总体蓝图和行动纲领。 规划明确，以转变电力发展方式为主线，以保障电力供应安全为首要任务，着力推进电源结构优化，着力推进电力节能减排，着力推进坚强智能电网建设，着力推进科技装备升级，着力推进电力体制改革，努力构建清洁、高效、安全、可持续的现代电力工业体系，为建设“强富美高”新江苏提供坚实可靠的电力保障。
