近日，湖南省扶贫办发布《关于下达2017年省级新增财政扶贫资金（扶贫重点工作）计划的通知》。通知指出，根据省委、省政府的决策部署，今年省级通过新增债券安排的扶贫资金达到28亿元。 其中，扶贫重点工作资金计划合计为22.2亿元，资金已由省财政厅下达（湘财预〔2017〕74、86号）。包括扶贫重点产业、光伏扶贫（扶贫资金部分）、旅游扶贫、电商扶贫、扶贫小额信贷贴息、贫困村金融服务站建设、驻村工作队、贫困农户危房改造、脱贫攻坚考核奖励和提前安排及倾斜安排等十项工作的资金计划。
