Q CELLS将向ITC就晶科、REC和隆基股份专利侵权案件的预期判决提起上诉 日期：2019-11-15 来源：世纪新能源网 浏览：1135 评论：0 世纪新能源网消息：近日，Q CELLS表示，将对于美国国际贸易委员会(ITC)即将做出的针对晶科能源(JinkoSolar)、REC Group和LonGi Solar的专利侵权案件的预期判决，公司将提起上诉。 11月13日，晶科发布公告称，美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）预计将在两周内就韩华 Q Cells三月份提出的PERC电池技术专利侵权做出不侵权的简易裁决。 韩华Q Cells就此公告向媒体表示，韩华 Q Cells一直在等待行政法法官对这一诉讼做出最终裁决，站在公司的立场，我们将尊重法官做出的初步裁决决定，但即使如此我们仍将向ITC委员提起上诉。因为对于美国国际贸易委员会(ITC)的调查，Administrative Law Judge (ALJ)行政法法官没有对(215)项专利做出正确解释。同时韩华Q Cells再次重申，对于最终裁决的结果充满信心（专利技术受到侵犯），但同时也表示，无论美国方面的结果如何，澳大利亚和德国的相关案件不会受到该结果的影响。 （早前，韩华Q CELLS在德国对晶科能源和隆基提出了关于PERC电池的专利诉讼，随后在美国又对晶科、隆基及REC提出了专利侵权诉讼，在澳大利亚市场对晶科和隆基发起了第三起诉讼。）
