阿特斯主导制定的晶体硅双面光伏电池电参数测试方法IEC标准获发布,有力推动行业技术进步!

近日,由阿特斯牵头、多个国内外机构参与制订的IEC TS 63202-3 Photovoltaic cells - Part 3: Measurement of current-voltage characteristics of bifacial photovoltaic cells(晶体硅双面光伏电池电参数测试方法)正式发布。这项标准提案自立项之初就备受行业关注,在制订过程中也收到国内外机构的积极意见反馈,历经多轮修改完善,其正式发布进一步提高了我国在光伏电池领域的国际标准制定权和话语权。 为了我国太阳能产业在国际有更好的发展,必需推进太阳能技术标准“走出去”,接轨国际新能源标准,提升我国技术标准水平。助力质量强国,贯彻《国家标准化发展纲要》,阿特斯一直在努力,除了本次发布的IEC TS 63202-3和2022年6月发布的IEC TS 63202-4以外,目前阿特斯还牵头了多项IEC国际标准项目的制修订工作。 本次发布的标准由阿特斯在2019年向国标委提交立项提案,2019年12月通过国内专家立项评审,2020年9月由国标委向IEC TC82提出新工作项目NP (new work item proposal) 提案,2020年12月IEC NP投票通过,历经2年多的讨论和修订,于2023年2月正式发布。 相比单面组件,同类型的双面组件在电站端带来5~30%的发电量提升,因此双面电池和组件的开发导入受到光伏行业广泛关注。阿特斯在p型PERC电池量产的双面化、n型TOPCon和HJT双面电池开发上处于行业领先水平,因此牵头承担了晶体硅双面光伏电池电参数测试方法IEC标准的制订工作。 IEC TS 63202-3规范了双面电池关键指标如双面率、双面电参数、双面功率增益等的测试标准,提供了准确可靠的具体测试方法,适用于PERC、TOPCon、HJT、xBC等各种晶体硅双面光伏电池类型。 这项标准的发布,有助于指导电池厂商获得准确的双面电池电参数,从而帮助下游客户降低双面电池的组件封装损失、预测双面组件的发电量增益,以及给双面产品的定价提供参考依据,有力推动行业技术进步。
