TOPCon高效电池量产技术的现状和前景

2024年3月8号,2024(第七届)阿特斯三八光伏技术论坛在苏州成功举办。此次论坛汇聚了光伏行业专家、市场研究机构以及知名企业代表等,共同探讨TOPCon、HJT、钙钛矿、BC等光伏电池及组件的降本、增效、提量及扩产之路,探寻产业链一体化的未来趋势,并深入挖掘技术迭代背后的降本增效量产之道,旨在共同推动光伏行业持续健康发展! 阿特斯(688472.SH)TOPCon电池研发负责人邓伟伟在本次论坛上围绕《TOPCon高效电池量产技术的现状和前景》做了专题汇报,深入解读TOPCon高效电池量产技术的发展现状,面临的挑战和机遇。 TOPCon电池具有高效率、低成本等优势,使得它迅速成为继PERC之后的下一代主流技术。在过去的两年里,阿特斯TOPCon量产技术经过3代技术更迭,从高方阻到SE技术,再到激光烧结技术,实现了效率的大幅提升,2023年年度效率提升达到了1.2%,最高量产效率达到26.3%的水平。 随着TOPCon电池量产技术的不断进步和市场需求的不断增加,阿特斯TOPCon电池量产技术的研发重点主要克服复合和电阻损失上的问题,通过突破硼扩面钝化瓶颈、全新金属化工艺等路线,在不久的将来,TOPCon电池量产效率水平有望达到27%。 未来,阿特斯将持续开发更高效的电池技术,包括基于TOPCon的BC技术、钙钛矿叠层技术技术。同时持续挖掘提效降本路线,推动全光伏行业的持续健康发展,为绿色可持续发展贡献力量。
